What do I need to know?
Upgrading to the new business portal changes your legal and business users' experience once the feature is live for your organisation:
learn what's different for standard users
learn what's different for in-house legal users and contributors
If you have not activated standard users, your upgrade will be automatic (starting the 29th of September); your legal users' experience will change at that time.
For organizations with standard users, this upgrade is opt-in, so you have the time to take action and communicate changes before rolling them out to your business. The opt-in period runs from September 15th to October 31st. From October 31st onwards, the new Business Portal will be the default user experience for standard users.
Simply opt in when you're ready either by messaging us in the chat, getting in touch with your Customer Success Manager, or emailing us at support@lawvu.com.
There is no additional charge to upgrade from LawVu Classic to the new Business Portal. However, the new Contract Self-Service feature requires a LawVu Contracts subscription and standard users must be licensed to access the portal. Get in touch with us if you would like to learn more.
