What Is Dioptra?

Dioptra is an AI-powered contract review solution built for leading legal teams and law firms. It helps streamline routine contract workflows with speed, precision, and reliability.

Designed to reduce the time and effort spent on reviewing low-complexity third-party contracts - like NDAs, Supplier Agreements, and DPAs- Dioptra offers flexible, customizable playbooks and seamless integration with platforms like LawVu

Dioptra + LawVu: Smarter Contract Review

Dioptra will receive, review, and return a redlined version of a contract after its creation in LawVu.

When a contract of a certain type is added to LawVu, it will automatically be sent to Dioptra and redlined according to a playbook. The redlined version returns back to LawVu in a couple of minutes as a new version on the contract.

By leveraging AI and user-defined rules, Dioptra accelerates the review of standard agreements such as NDAs and vendor contracts.

With this integration, you can:

  • Get instant redlines directly in LawVu: Contracts are automatically redlined with inline edits and contextual comments.

  • Review the redlines further directly in Word through Dioptra’s Word add-in, then easily save back to LawVu using the LawVu Word add-in

  • Use the in-Word clause library: Easily access your prior saved language to maintain consistency and reduce context-switching during reviews.

  • Customize reviews: Choose from over 600+ pre-built rules, leverage Dioptra’s ready-to-use playbooks or build your own.

  • Stay in-platform: Receive reviewed contracts directly within LawVu, no need to switch tools.
