Contract reporting empowers in-house legal teams with a clear view of their entire contract landscape. With the right insights, they can streamline contract management, optimize resources, and stay confident that every legal obligation is met.

In this article:

Overview

Access the Contract Reports by clicking the Reporting icon and navigating to the Contracts section.

Note: If you don't see the Reporting icon, contact your Administrator to enable this permission for your account:

The Contracts Reporting page is divided into two sections:

  • Summary

  • Key Dates

You can view the reports across:

  • All time

  • Custom date ranges

  • Annual breakdowns

  • Specific months or relative date ranges

You can also filter the reports by:

  • Contract Status

  • Contract Group

  • Contract Type

  • Owner

  • Department

  • Team

Key Dates

By default, no filter is applied, so all key dates will be displayed.

To clear a filter, hover over on the right hand side of the dropdown. When the "Clear selections" eraser icon appears, click it to remove the filter.

What’s the difference between Key dates reports on the Contracts tab and the reports in the Key dates tab?

  • Key date Summaries on the Contracts tab are directly linked to the contracts' created date, maintaining a consistent connection between the contracts and its associated key dates. This helps preserve context when reviewing workload tied to specific contracts.

  • Key dates reports on the Key dates tab, on the other hand, are not tied to the contracts' created date. This allows for a more flexible, standalone view of key dates, such as those that are past due, currently due, or upcoming, regardless of when the contract was created.
