Stopped creating duplicates when adding a new department

Eradicated the 'Internal Error' when dragging sub matter types out of main matter types

Redis issues were preventing the loading of users' "Recents"

Corrected an issue affecting some LSP's which were unable to export matters

Changing the field order in matter types was not being reflected in the completion modal

The new matter and contract export logic was failing to correctly process notifications. Not anymore!
