Bugfixes:

  • Edit approvers button was not redirecting users to the approvers tab. When clicking 'seek approval', users were presented with a pop-up asking if they wanted to edit the approval workflow. Then when they clicked 'edit', it disappeared; a rather deflating experience. We weren't just taking a survey here, the intention was to actually enable you to edit the approvers. This has now been rectified.

  • Tasks due report in standard reporting reflected both active and completed tasks. Sometimes there's such a thing as too much information. Including all your completed tasks in the tasks due report was definitely an over-share.

  • The lifecycle step of a contract was called "stage" in the contract details and "state" in the grid. This issue was resolved in the grids, and fixed in the contract details. Confused? But both those words mean the same thing! In order to reduce ambiguity, we have confiscated our developers' thesauruses to ensure they have only a limited vocabulary to select from in the future.

  • Email notifications were missing the conversation text when someone was @mentioned in the message. "There is a new message on a conversation that you are member of" was exciting in terms of building up to a big reveal, but it wasn't exactly efficient. We have now fixed this so it includes the actual body of the message too.
