Contract Management: Auto-fill contract name on upload
When you upload a contract document, LawVu will now automatically fill out the contract name with the file name of your contract document, saving time and effort.
Conditional logic support in Salesforce
Structured intake helps turn contracts and matters around faster, but long, confusing forms add friction and frustrate your stakeholders. If you’re leveraging LawVu’s integration with Salesforce to capture everything you need to get started on a request, you can make these forms even simpler and smarter for your partners in Sales. This logic is based on the conditional rules defined in LawVu. The form auto populates sections, fields and choices based on the information someone enters.
Sync contract documents with SharePoint and Google Drive
When you initiate a sync between LawVu and SharePoint or Google Drive, you now have the option to sync contract documents, the Files tab, or both. This streamlines document editing, unlocks new collaboration opportunities and automatically stores a second copy of valuable agreements to meet policy requirements. Enhancements to improve your experience
Here’s a collection of recently released updates to improve your user experience in LawVu:
Titles on browser tabs to easily identify and navigate between browser tabs
We've separated mentions and notifications from the top navigation for easy access
Mark conversations as read
Now you can restore deleted matters. Simply go to Settings > Deleted items > Deleted matters > tick the matters you want to restore and click the return icon. In the coming days, you will have the ability to restore deleted contracts. Please note: Restore action is only available to organization admins.
Optional email invitations when creating new users
Better visibility on who shared a grid view with you
The ability to edit or delete knowledge article tags from settings to make managing and categorizing articles a lot easier
Added a team column in the user's grid under user management settings to quickly view which team members belong to. Simply go to Settings > User Management > Users to see the new team column.
