How to share product feedback

There are several ways to provide feedback to our product team.

  • Through the Feedback Portal (on the Hub, open the “Updates & Feedback” menu)

From here, select either 'Launch portal' or 'Give feedback'

The Feedback Portal allows you to:

  • Submit new ideas and feature requests

  • Vote on existing ideas

  • View features that are being considered

  • See what’s currently on our roadmap

  • Track the status of your submitted feedback

To view and manage ideas you’ve supported, navigate to My Votes.

Through Feature Feedback Surveys

From time to time, you may see contextual surveys within LawVu that ask for feedback on recently released features. These quick surveys help us understand how new functionality is performing and where improvements can be made.

Through Our NPS Survey

We periodically invite customers to participate in our Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey. This helps us understand overall satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve your experience with LawVu.


What happens to your feedback?

Every piece of feedback submitted to LawVu is reviewed by our Product team.

Once feedback is received, we:

  • Categorize and tag feedback by theme and area of the product

  • Identify trends and recurring requests

  • Measure demand for specific features and enhancements

  • Assess opportunities through additional research and analysis

  • Evaluate whether an idea aligns with our product roadmap and strategic priorities

While not every request can be actioned immediately, all feedback contributes to our decision-making process.

When prioritizing new features and improvements, we consider factors such as:

User Impact

Will this change solve a significant challenge or improve outcomes for our customers?

Feasibility

Can the solution be delivered effectively with the resources and technology available?

Urgency

Is the request preventing users from accomplishing critical tasks or achieving key objectives?

We also evaluate how a feature aligns with our long-term product vision and the value it can deliver across our broader customer community.

Keeping you informed

When a feature or enhancement you've requested progresses through our planning process, we'll keep you updated by:

  • Updating its status in the Feedback Portal

  • Sharing product updates through our InsideVu newsletter and website announcements

  • Inviting you to participate in research sessions, beta programs, or early access opportunities

  • Notifying you when the feature becomes available

Even when an idea is not immediately prioritized, your feedback remains valuable. It helps shape future product discussions, influences long-term planning, and contributes to ongoing improvements across the platform.
