Simple ticketing helps organizations control how standard users and contributors create matters.

With this feature turned on, Standard Users and Contributors do not get the option to add a matter name or assign a matter manager when creating matters.

Instead, by default matters created by these users are sent to the Intake queue and the user is notified when the matter is worked on.

The matter name is created using the user’s name and matter type.
