Bugfixes:

  • When sorting was applied to specific fields in a saved view, users received an' internal error' message when the view was added to the Hub.

  • When a contract had an exceptionally long name, there was no link to the record in the preview screen.

  • Filtering the 'Invoices' grid by month and then exporting the grid view to Excel failed for an LSP user.

  • During testing of LSP settings for enhancements to the Engage module, when a private org was made public, the RFP feature wasn't automatically turned on for the org.

  • An error message appeared if an organization's name was edited after clicking on 'add new legal service provider.'

  • While testing LSP settings for enhancements to the Engage module, the logo wasn't visible for one of the orgs on the 'Legal Service Provider' page.

  • Clicking 'pending' resent the invite to LawVu, when invites should only be sent by clicking the mail icon.

  • One user could create multiple relationships to an LSP through the Directory while testing LSP settings for enhancements to the Engage module.

  • The 'Disbursements (Exc. GST)', 'Total tax (Exc. GST)', 'Accruals (Exc. GST)' & 'PO Number' fields were all populated with "n/a" when an invoice was opened from Inbox > Actions > Active.

  • Files from a deleted matter still appeared and could be viewed from the 'Recently viewed' section of the Files widget in the Hub.

  • Sorting the 'fee value' column to the grid and applying sorting caused one matter to appear twice in a saved view while another wasn't included.

  • The name for a subtask disappeared after it was created and could only be viewed again by a browser refresh or collapsing the main task and then reopening it.

  • A Business user was unable to approve an invoice.

  • A voided invoice didn't appear as such without a browser refresh.

  • Invites weren't sent out when a private was made public during testing of LSP settings for enhancements to the Engage module.

  • When an email was replied to, the tracking feature in the Gmail add-in didn't create a new version.

  • A user kept getting asked to login to LawVu, when using the Gmail add-in.
