Our customers love our grids for visibility; the ability to customize views makes it even easier to efficiently prioritize and manage work. These enhancements to your matters grids will supercharge the way grids work for you:

You can now edit the state of your matters straight from the grid, saving you time from opening each matter individually. This is especially useful if you have a bunch of matters you need to close.

Last month, we introduced new hub widgets so you can add your favorite grid views to the Hub. Now you can do the same directly from your matters or contracts grid; simply right-click on the ellipsis next to the desired grid view and choose "Add to Hub".

When your business users use the LawVu Business Portal they can easily stay on top of the work they’re doing with your legal team and manage their own contracts and information. The visibility and self service the portal provide takes away time consuming back and forth for everyone. New enhancements to the “My Work” area of the portal will improve the business user experience, so they are more excited than ever to use your digital legal front door.

Now, when business users sort or filter their "My Work" grids, their changes are saved automatically so the next time they return, the information they care about most is front and center. This means that every time they come back to the portal their grid is displayed the way they like and they don't have to make changes.

Business users can export their grid view from ‘My Work’ to Excel when they want to work in spreadsheets, create reports or manipulate data further. Just click the export button shown below to automatically download the grid view in Excel format to the computer.

Now you can add a contract expiry field to your contract completion form. This requirement forces people to add an expiry date when uploading an executed contract or when a contract moves to the executed stage. This means you won’t have to worry about missing data!
