How to give us product feedback

There are a few ways to do this:

  • Through the Feedback Portal (on the Hub, open the “Updates & Feedback” menu)

  • Through our thumbs up👍contextual surveys on specific feature releases

  • Through our NPS survey (this appears from time to time in the Hub)

What happens with product feedback

Once feedback is collected, our product team work together to:

  • Tag and categorize feedback by themes

  • Identify patterns

  • Quantify demand for specific features or improvements

  • Do further analysis to decide if this will be added to our roadmap

Not all feedback leads to immediate action—but every piece is considered. We prioritize features based on:

  • User impact: Will this feature solve a major pain point?

  • Feasibility: Can we build it efficiently with available resources?

  • Urgency: Is it blocking users from achieving key outcomes?

We also consider how a feature fits into our long-term vision and whether it benefits a broad segment of users.

Closing the loop

When a feature you requested gets prioritized, we’ll:

  • Update its status in the Feedback Portal

  • Share progress updates in our InsideVu newsletter/website article

  • Request your participation in an early access program or a research call

  • Email you directly when it’s available

Even if a feature isn’t built right away, your feedback helps shape future iterations and informs our product strategy.

Continuous improvement

Customer feedback isn’t a one-time input—it’s an ongoing conversation. We regularly revisit past feedback to ensure our product evolves with your needs.
