Configuring prompts

In the Prompts panel, administrators can control which drafting prompts (suggestions) are available to users when they draft or rewrite text.

These prompts help users quickly adjust or transform text while drafting.

When users start drafting content, the selected prompts appear at the bottom of the Draft panel.

Prompt Levels

You can choose prompts from three different levels:

  • The system-level default. These are the default prompts provided by the system.

    • Their content cannot be edited.

    • However, administrators can change their order.

  • The customer level. Customer-level prompts apply to all groups or departments within your organization. Use this level when you want the same prompts to be available to all users.

  • The group level. Group-level prompts apply only to specific groups or departments. This allows different teams to have custom prompts tailored to their needs.
