With the Directory, you can view a complete list of all the Legal service providers and organizations that your legal team works with.
You can add new connections, remove LSPs from the system, and monitor your existing relationships.
There is no cost to the LSP for working with you in LawVu if you choose to invite them. If you are an Engage customer and need to enable this feature or want to learn more about the Engage product, simply get in touch with your contact at LawVu.

Add a Legal service provider or an organization to your Directory
Only In-house Legal and Administrator roles have access to the Directory.
Note that there are two ways to add an LSP in LawVu: through the Legal Service Providers tab or from the Directory, both options being equivalent.
Go to the Directory icon and select 'Add a new contract'.
Select whether you would like to add a new Legal service provider or an Organization.
In the popup that opens, you can first search for the required Legal Service Provider or organization that you wish to invite. In this example, I have searched for and found “PUM Legal”
Click on “Add” next to the LSP/Organization name to send them an invitation. Once they accept it, the firm is then added to your Directory.
If the search reveals no matches, please follow the instructions below, which vary slightly between LSPs and Orgs.
To add a new Organization
If the search reveals no matches, click the 'Add a new organization' option.
You will need to enter the name of the company and the contact information for your primary contact. After you click 'Add', an invitation to collaborate will be sent to them. Once they accept the invitation, they will be added to your Directory.
To add a new LSP
If you are adding a new LSP, you will be asked to specify the access level you would like to have with it.
Collaboration:
The LSP will receive an invitation to set up their login to the LawVu portal.
The LSP will have access to the matters, contracts, and RFPs you add him to.
The LSP will be able to upload invoices.
No access:
The LSP will not receive an invitation, and they won't be able to access the LawVu portal. They will not have access to any matters, contracts or files, or perform any actions like uploading invoices.
You will be able to see the LSP listed in your Directory but the LSP will not see you.
You will still be able to upload invoices for them and they will appear in your spend reporting.
If you selected the Collaboration access level with the LSP, you'll be prompted to enter the email address of your key contact at the firm to whom you can send the invitation.
Once the email invitation is accepted, the LSP will be listed in your Directory.
To see a list of current LSP accounts, their status, resend invites and change their access level, go to the Settings / Legal Service Providers tab. You can find more information about this in the following article: LawVu Customers, Article 2: Managing your Legal Service Providers
Remove a Legal service provider or an organization from the Directory
To remove an organization or an LSP from your Directory, click the ellipsis button from the top right corner of the screen and select 'Remove organization'.
