Our customers export their data to conduct further data analysis, create custom reports, or to share work with those who don’t have full access to LawVu. Here are some examples of how you can make the most out of the export options in LawVu:
Export a matter (or a contract) and all files stored in the Files tab
Simply click the ellipses and click Export Matter to initiate the download of the .zip package containing everything related to the matter. When ready, click Download .zip file to save it to your local computer.
When unzipped, users both inside and outside of legal can enjoy the full HTML experience with links included, just like a real matter in LawVu.

Export grid views to create custom reports on your custom fields
Simply click the Export icon shown below to download your grid view in .xlsx format. You can slice and dice the data as you see fit and build custom charts and graphs!

If you can use the Reporting module, you can save reports as PDFs.
To see how the data was calculated, just click the ellipses icon on each graph to export the data and find the insights you need

Export Search results
You can export multiple matters, contracts, files, conversations, and knowledge files (and the data associated with them) at the same time to your local drive from the search results.
The export results in a .zip folder that you can extract and use locally.
