We've made several improvements to enhance collaboration between legal teams and business stakeholders.

Standard users can now view their uploaded files

Previously, standard users couldn't access any files. Now, they can see the files and folders they upload to LawVu.

Standard users can upload files from the Files tab in the matter or contract preview. They can also view and edit these files directly in Word on the web if needed.

Standard users can view other files you give them access to

To share file access with a standard user, you must be a member with full access to the matter or contract.

  1. Click on the three dots next to the file or folder.

  2. Select Manage access.

3. In the "Add people and teams" search window, find the standard user you want to grant access to. You can revoke access later if needed.

Note: You can only grant access to standard users if they are already members of the matter or contract.
