The Statistics module in LawVu Draft allows administrators to explore usage data and activity across the platform. You can query statistics about how users interact with LawVu Draft features, documents, and AI tools.
The statistics shown on this page include data collected from September 1 onward.
Querying statistics
You can ask questions about usage data using the statistics query field. For example, you can request:
Number of users performing specific actions during a time period
Trends in feature usage over time
Comparisons between different periods
Lists of users who performed certain actions
The Examples section provides sample queries you can use as a starting point. Clicking an example will automatically populate the query field, allowing you to quickly run or modify the query.
Number of users who used AI to fill answers between 1 January and 15 March
Trend analysis of users creating magic links over the last six months
Weekly trend of document comparisons from 1 December to 15 March
List of users who performed bulk editing of files in the last week of November
To run a query:
Enter your question in the query field at the bottom of the page.
Click Submit.
LawVu Draft will then generate the requested statistics.
Available actions
From the results panel, you can:
Export the results to Excel using the export icon.
View the data in table format using the table icon.
Clear the results to start a new query.
Adjust the date range and click Resubmit to rerun the query with updated parameters.
These options allow you to further analyze the results or export the data for reporting purposes.
