Who can use this feature?
π€ Organization Administrators and In-House Legal users
Administrator Groups are a means of allowing visibility of all non-restricted matters and contracts within LawVu.
Administrator Groups membership is limited to two roles: Organization Administrators and In-House Legal.

There are four types of administrator groups:
Matter Administrators
Contract Administrators
Time Administrators
RFP Administrators
Administrators have visibility over the entire category. For example, a Matter Administrator can view all matters.
In this article:
Matter Administrators
Users in the Matter Administrator Group can see all Matters in LawVu, provided those matters are unrestricted. The Matters will appear in their All Matters List. These people can preview a Matter or choose to Join Matter.
Note: Restricting a matter limits its access to those named explicitly as Matter members, regardless of role, permissions, or admin group.
Contract Administrators
Users in the Contract Administrator Group can see all Contracts in LawVu, provided those contracts are unrestricted. The Contracts will appear in the All Contracts list. These people can preview a Contract or choose to Join Contract.
Note: Restricting a contract limits its access to those named explicitly as Contract members, regardless of role, permissions, or group.
Time Administrators
Users in the Time Administrator Group can see and amend all Time Entries submitted in LawVu. (This admin group is for organizations that have Time management capabilities enabled)

Users in the RFP Administrator Group can see all the org's RFPs and join one if they are not a member. (This admin group is for organizations with the RFP management capabilities enabled)

How to add people to Administrator groups
There are 2 ways to add someone to an administrator group.
You can go to Directory, click Edit on the user's profile, then Permissions. Toggle on the Administrator Group you want this user to be a part of.
or Go to Organization Settings / User management / Administrator groups
Select the desired Administrator group. For example, Matter administrators
Click the + Add people button to access the people picker. Search for and add people as required.
Note: Standard Users and Contributors cannot be added to Administrator Groups
