Files.txt explained

Opening the Files.txt in Excel will display a Code column similar to below.

Renaming a file in this directory (for example “A589899187“) with the value in the Name column will allow the opening of the file.

Why is there more data then what is listed in LawVu?

Your data file will include all soft deleted matters, contracts and files. Those records will have a value in the "DeletedDateUtc" column.

How to access the exported data

All data and files will be uploaded to an Azure Storage account in your region. You will need to install the Azure Storage Explorer - Azure Storage Explorer – cloud storage management | Microsoft Azure to access these files, along with a SAS token which will be sent directly to you.

Once you have installed the Azure Storage Explorer connect to a Blob Container using the SAS token provided.
