Now you can have a clear, real-time view of contract turnaround times that will help you identify bottlenecks, monitor efficiency over time, track progress, make informed decisions and communicate with stakeholders.

Now you can easily approve invoices on the go in the LawVu mobile app. Our app is built to save time and keep work moving forward from anywhere. Read this help article to learn more about using the mobile app for contract and invoice approval workflows.

If you’ve already adopted the new invoice approval workflow feature, install the mobile app to get started right away. Using these features together will save valuable time and keep invoices moving through their workflows faster and more reliably.

Now you can add Invoice billing period start and end date when invoices are posted. This allows you to set and track the invoice billing period on all invoices. You can also track these dates in the matter invoice grid and spend invoices grid. To enable, go to Settings > LSP settings > Billing > Invoice details and enable Invoice billing period.

Now it's easier than ever to stay updated on the latest product news and share your feature ideas and feedback from within LawVu. The new updates and feedback button lets you access product news and submit feature ideas and enhancement requests quickly from within LawVu.

When you connect the tools legal and your business use to LawVu, you can optimize the way you work as a team and with stakeholders, and always ensure one source of truth.

If you’re a LawVu admin, you’ll notice that the integrations listings page inside of LawVu has been revamped to include more comprehensive information. For better accuracy and visibility in budgeting, you have the option to adjust the displayed value in Matter invoice totals on the Matter invoice grid. This adjustment allows you to include or exclude Tax and Disbursements from the total value displayed.

Follow these easy steps to adjust the values shown in your invoice totals according to your preferences:

If you're a legal user with saved grid views, you probably have a favorite or one that's especially useful at certain times. Did you know that simply clicking the Matters icon will return you to the last grid view you accessed? There's no need to use the fly-out menu to navigate to All Matters or My Matters - just click the briefcase icon on the left hand navigation, and you'll be back to your previously viewed grid view. This also applies to Contracts. Click the signature icon to return to the last contracts grid view you were using.
