Save time and easily generate a new contract from any file in the Files tab of a matter by clicking on the ellipses next to the file and selecting "Create contract from file".

Depending on your contract settings, if Statements of Work can be associated to the current contract type, then you will be able to add them as an Amendment or a Statement of Work:

Now, approvers can decline a contract approval request and flag the document for review by other members - ensuring visibility for the entire team. Once all issues have been resolved, the person who initially declined the contract can then approve it, allowing the contract to move forward.

SSO (single sign on) gives your users a convenient, secure way to log in to LawVu with the same credentials they use for other applications. If you are currently using SSO in LawVu, good news! Now your IT team can self-configure and manage SSO logins straight from LawVu settings without needing extra help from LawVu.

SSO also enhances security and streamlines access management. If you are not using SSO today and would like to see the back of multiple passwords, speak to your Customer Success Manager to learn more.

LawVu’s connector for Power Platform is a low/no-code automation builder that makes it easy for legal teams to create custom workflow automations and connect other systems their business uses with Power Automate in Microsoft 365.

Handy Hub tips

Add your saved grid views to the Hub directly from the Matters or Contracts grid for easy access. Simply click the ellipses next to the grid view you want to add to the Hub. You can add as many grid views as you like!

If you need to replace the Hub widget with another view, click the three dots and select ‘Edit widget’.
