Update your contracts anytime
Now you can upload a new version of a contract at any time in its lifecycle, making it faster and easier to add new contract versions, saving you time and ensuring better version control. If you already have approvals in progress, you have the options to restart or continue with the approval workflow. Read this help article to learn more about uploading a new version of a contract.
Easily add files when creating a contract
Users can now attach files when creating a new contract. Simply click the new “Attach files” button at the bottom of the creation form, or drag and drop them directly onto the form. The uploaded files will appear in the Files tab of the contract, accessible to all members. This ensures legal teams get the right information from the start, and saves time from back and forth with the business.
Get more insights with enhanced reporting
Matter Intake Sources: Get a full view of the origin of your matters with the new matter intake stats in the Matters standard reports. Clicking on the bar will allow you to interact with other visuals on the Matters report to show trends, break down by type, status and more.
Enhanced contract reporting: We’ve added more filter options to contract reporting. Now you can filter your contract report based on Contract Group and Type, improving visibility and flexibility to meet your reporting needs.
Simplifying matter manager assignments
Matter managers no longer need to manually accept assigned matters, ensuring a smoother, more efficient workflow without unnecessary steps or confirmations. Assignments will now go straight into your workflow, letting you focus on what’s most important—whether that’s completing the task yourself or delegating it to someone else. To align with this improved experience, the system has automatically accepted all pending Matter Manager assignments.
Quickly export matters in bulk from grids
You can now export multiple matters directly from your saved grid view in just a few clicks. The export generates a convenient zip folder containing all the key information, ready to be transferred to your document management system or shared with others as needed. Adding time entries on behalf of other users
If you’re using Spend Management time entries capabilities, anyone with Record time entries permission can now submit time entries on behalf of other users. This helps reduce delays when users are away or unavailable. Read this help article to learn how to add time entries.
