No more clutter with saved view groups
Saved grid views make it easy to create customized, filtered views you can save once, revisit anytime, and share with your team. But as those lists grow, navigating them can be tedious.
Saved View Groups make organization simple. Create named, collapsible folders in the left-hand navigation, drag and drop views into groups, and expand or collapse them to keep everything tidy and easy to move through.
Task widget on the Hub
Stay on top of what matters most with the new Task Widget on your Hub page. See your most important tasks, including overdue, due today, and upcoming, so you can act without opening the full Tasks page.
With quick actions built in, you can mark tasks complete or jump into task details in a single click. To add it to your Hub, select Organise and choose Tasks.
See and prioritize your work at a glance with the enhanced Tasks grid
What’s new:
Tasks are automatically sorted by due date (soonest first) so you can quickly see what needs attention first
Colour-coded indicators highlight overdue, due soon, and upcoming tasks so you can instantly spot priorities
Clearer icons and user avatars improve readability so you can scan details faster
Mark tasks as complete from the grid in a single click so you can update progress without extra steps
Use advanced, multi-condition filters to display only the tasks most relevant to you
Create smarter, policy-aligned approvals
Set approval conditions based on invoice value excluding tax for greater control and alignment with your internal policies.
For example, if your approval thresholds are based on net spend (excluding GST/VAT), invoices over a certain value will trigger the right level of approval without tax inflating the total and causing unnecessary escalations.
See exactly where your contract answers come from
When you use Contract Q&A, you can see exactly what each answer is based on – from the document, contract fields, or key dates.
Simply hover over the record name in the chat to view the source, so you can quickly verify information or update details with confidence.
Tailor your Gmail filing experience to match how you work
Choose your default quick action (save or track) and pick the label style you prefer – either a simple “Saved/Tracked” label or a more detailed format with matter and contract names.
